Vendor space is Saturday, October 10, 2026 only. Your table is available at Spirit, Pittsburgh PA for the Saturday session. Vendor setup begins at 12:30 PM, and vending hours run from 3:00 PM to 11:00 PM.
$200 vendor fee. All vendor payments are processed through Pittsburgh Leather PRIDE's single unified payment system. Your space is not confirmed until payment is received.
Logo and business brief are due within 14 days of your acceptance notification. Late submissions may result in omission from slideshow, program, or website listings.
Preference for community-aligned vendors. Vendor selection gives preference to makers and businesses aligned with the LGBTQIA+, leather, kink, and fetish communities.
PLP reserves the right to approve or decline any application at our discretion, without obligation to provide a reason.
All vendors must comply with Pittsburgh Leather PRIDE LLC's Code of Conduct and Spirit's venue policies and code of conduct for the duration of the event.
Termination and Cancellation. PLP LLC may terminate a vendor agreement at any time, for reasons including, but not limited to, a violation of the Code of Conduct, non-payment of the vendor fee, or false or materially misleading information in this application. This list is illustrative, not exhaustive.
If Steel City Fetish Con is cancelled or significantly rescheduled for reasons beyond PLP LLC's control, including but not limited to weather, venue loss, or public health or safety concerns, fees already paid are not refundable in cash. Instead, PLP LLC will honor those fees as a credit toward the rescheduled date, if the event is postponed, or toward the following year's event, if it is cancelled outright.
Dispute Resolution. If a disagreement arises under this agreement that cannot be resolved through direct conversation, both parties agree to first make a good-faith attempt to resolve the matter informally. This agreement is governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, and any dispute not resolved informally will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Allegheny County, Pennsylvania.
