Pittsburgh Leather PRIDE runs four title programs and one weekend event. One set of rules covers all of it.
If you are applying to compete, vend, sponsor, judge, or volunteer, you are agreeing to the Code of Conduct below.
The Code of Conduct applies to contestants, titleholders, former titleholders, judges, tally staff, producers, volunteers, vendors, and sponsors. It covers what we expect, what we prohibit, how a concern is reported and reviewed, and what is returned if a title or role ends early.
Current revision
Revision 1, effective August 12, 2026.
We update this Code as our programs change. When we do, the revision number and effective date above change with it, and anyone materially affected gets a notice at the address we have on file. Continuing to participate after a change takes effect means you accept the current version.

A report has to be in writing. You can raise something verbally with a producer, and that is a fine place to start, but it becomes a report when you put it in writing. Either hand over a written account at that conversation, or follow up by email afterward. The written record is the report.
The person a report concerns will see it. Write it knowing that. We say this plainly rather than promising an anonymity we cannot deliver, because the content of a report often identifies who wrote it even when the name is removed. Everything after the initial report stays private at our discretion.
We do not retaliate against anyone who raises a concern in good faith. A report made knowingly false, or made to harass someone, is itself a violation of this Code.

This describes what Pittsburgh Leather PRIDE LLC collects through pghlpw.com, why, where it lives, and how long we keep it. It covers everyone who uses this site: browsers, contestants, sponsors, vendors, in-kind donors, ticket buyers, and anyone who donates.
Just browsing. A cookie called pghlpw_age_ok_21 remembers that you confirmed you are
21 or older, for 365 days. It holds no personal information beyond that yes/no flag. Our web host's server logs
record standard technical information like IP address and browser type, the same as any website. We do not run
analytics software or advertising trackers on this site.
Contacting us. The name, email, phone (if you give it), category, and message you enter on the Contact form.
Applying to compete. Your legal name, stage name, pronouns, date of birth, mailing address, phone, email, physical description (height, weight, eye and hair color, body modifications), allergies and physical limitations, emergency contact, social media handles, a headshot photo, a government-issued photo ID, and a signed Photographic and Image Release Waiver. The application also asks you to disclose criminal history, adult content history, and community involvement, per the Code of Conduct's disclosure requirement in section 9.1.
Applying to sponsor or vend. Contact and billing information for your organization, your logo files, and your organization's description and social links.
Offering an in-kind donation. Your name, organization (if any), email, phone, and a description and estimated value of what you're offering.
Buying a ticket or donating. Name and email, collected at checkout. Payment happens through Stripe. We never see or store your card number.
Contact messages, in-kind offers, and basic application records are stored in our WordPress database. Your government ID, signed waiver, and application photo are stored separately from the rest of the site, encrypted, and are never given a public web address — they cannot be reached by anyone browsing pghlpw.com.
Access to those files is limited to logged-in PLP staff accounts with permission to manage contest applications, through a secure download link that only works for an authorized, signed-in account.
One exception
Records created under the disciplinary process described in Code of Conduct section 7 are retained indefinitely and are not eligible for removal under this policy, regardless of any request below. Agreeing to the Code of Conduct means agreeing to this exception. See section 7.11.
Contact us at the address below to ask what we hold on you or to request removal. For contestants, removal of application materials generally requires signing an additional release, per the Contest Application Terms and Conditions. Records covered by the disciplinary-record exception above cannot be removed by request.
