Mr. Pittsburgh Leather Fetish + Mr. Pittsburgh Leather Bear
Brad Dunlap proudly serves as Mr. Pittsburgh Leather Bear and believes community is built one conversation, one event, and occasionally one off-key karaoke song at a time.
A Doctor of Physical Therapy by training, Brad has dedicated his career to helping people through patient care and healthcare leadership. That same commitment to service is what drew him to the leather community and continues to inspire his volunteer work today.
Brad has never been very good at sitting still. If there’s an event to organize, a microphone to pick up, or a community project to support, chances are he’s already volunteered. He believes leather is at its best when everyone feels welcome and has a place to belong.
For Brad, the best titleholders aren’t necessarily the loudest people in the room; they’re the ones who make everyone else feel seen. Service, authenticity, and showing up for your community matter far more than having the perfect answer or the perfect outfit.
When he’s not volunteering, you’ll find Brad singing karaoke, bowling, planning his next community event, camping in the woods, or spoiling his two cats, Chutney and Reuben.
He’s been called Mr. Virginia Leather 2024, Mr. Mid-Atlantic Leather 2025, and even the JonBenét Ramsey of Leather a time or two. But behind the titles is Jason Elliott: event producer, community activist, and unapologetic leatherman with a passion for connection, expression, and inclusion.
With over 15 years experience in HIV prevention and education, LGBTQ+ nightlife and entertainment, and public speaking, he is currently Executive Director of a Charlottesville-based organization that provides free health resources and hosts multiple LGBTQ+ events each month, as well as the Director of Development for a non-profit that supports Virginia’s LGBTQ+ youth and families.
When he’s not hunting down MAL history and artifacts, Jason enjoys camping, visiting museums, a smooth bourbon on rocks, and flagging orange on the right. While he doesn’t yet have any kids or pets, he readily admits to having far too many houseplants for one man to justify!
Jordan Bailey is an Air Force veteran, community builder, educator, and the Inaugural Keystone Leather Bear 2025/2026 and Mr. Woods Bear 2025. His service has supported mental health initiatives and Disability Rights Pennsylvania, and earned him the David Peters Award for behind-the-scenes activism and volunteerism. Jordan has served on judging panels for the inaugural Mid-Atlantic Power Exchange, Ms. Philadelphia, Miss Teen Philadelphia, and Connecticut Bear. Known for building bridges across leather, kink, bear, and pup communities, Jordan lives by one simple philosophy: “Leather without the compassion and work… is just a costume.”

Josh’s leather journey started on a contest stage in Rehoboth Beach, DE in 2012. Winning the Mr. Double L Leather Contest! Continuing to grow and learn in the leather community, he then competed at MAL 2013 and ABW 2013 finishing first runner up in both. He would tell you his favorite color is Silver! But during that wild ride he met a group of men to call his brothers, the Centaur MC. Joining the club in October 2013, he discovered the importance of plugging into a group to help the community. After holding several positions in the club he currently is the Assistant Contest coordinator and continues to assist titleholders on their journey while expressing his view that membership in a club is one of the best ways to assist the community.

When not taking on leadership, Lavender is a proud show puppy in training, already mastering her best poses and prancing with perfect pas-sition. When she’s not on her throne of stuffies she is also an inspiring service pet, always eager to help anyone in need. Sweet, sassy, and surprisingly obedient for someone so fabulous, she loves ear scritches, sparkly accessories, and being told she’s a very good girl.

They have a passion for queer and leather history, and want to make sure that our stories continue to get brought forward with us as we make new ones.
