Applications are reviewed by the Pittsburgh Leather PRIDE executive team. You will be contacted within 5 business days of submission with a decision and next steps. All sponsorship commitments require payment in full before sponsor benefits (logo placement, program ads, etc.) are confirmed.

All sponsorship payments are processed through Pittsburgh Leather PRIDE's single unified payment system. Payment in full is required within 10 business days of acceptance. A secure payment link and instructions will be provided in your acceptance letter.

Agreement

Termination and Cancellation. PLP LLC may terminate a sponsorship at any time, for reasons including, but not limited to, a violation of the PLP LLC Code of Conduct, non-payment of the required sponsorship fee, or false or materially misleading information in this application. This list is illustrative, not exhaustive.

If Steel City Fetish Con is cancelled or significantly rescheduled for reasons beyond PLP LLC's control, including but not limited to weather, venue loss, or public health or safety concerns, fees already paid are not refundable in cash. Instead, PLP LLC will honor those fees as a credit toward the rescheduled date, if the event is postponed, or toward the following year's event, if it is cancelled outright.

Dispute Resolution. If a disagreement arises under this agreement that cannot be resolved through direct conversation, both parties agree to first make a good-faith attempt to resolve the matter informally. This agreement is governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, and any dispute not resolved informally will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Allegheny County, Pennsylvania.
